Registration

This is an in-person event in Roanoke, VA and is designed for teachers in and around the Virginia area.
 

If you register after Tuesday, September 16, 2025, you will receive your stipend in the mail after the event.

If you have any questions pertaining to registration, you may email jsnoad@sphere-ed.org.

Home address is requested for the address noted on the stipend check.

Code of Conduct:

The Cato Institute is dedicated to making sure that Sphere is a welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of gender, race, or any other personal characteristic. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Inappropriate language and imagery are not permitted in any venue, including anything communicated during the virtual event, on social media, or in any other online outlet. Participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event at the discretion of organizers, and appropriate legal action will be taken where applicable.
